Well since yesterday the weather was kind of nasty and I didn't want to take Lexie out in the rain I gave myself a restday.

But this morning I Made up Angie.

100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats

Time: 15:01

Then I did some Dead Lift Work on a continous running clock Dead Lift Body Weight (200Lbs)
1 rep the First Min 2 the Second Min on the Min. I made it up to 15 Min for a Total of 120 reps. Not Too Bad At least I don't think so

I did the CrossFit Main WOD
3x5 Backsquat
220-225-230-235-240(PR)
Then I went on Single Lifts
260-270(PR)-275(F)
