Today was a X-Fit Main Rest day, but I had to get in another workout So I did some strength and Did the CrossFit endurance WOD.
FOR TIME:
21-15-9 Reps of
Push Press 125 lbs
Dips
24" Box Jumps
I didn't have my watch on me so I didnt Time it but I was smoked when I finished. So I just decided to forgo the Endurance Workout and just Row at an Easy pace for 15Min.
All In All a Good DAY
