"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Did a Strength and Conditioning Workout this morning
Shoulder Press 1x1 / Push Press 3x3 / Push Jerk 5x5
SP 1x1: 125-135-145-150-155
PP 3x3: 145-155-165-175-185
PJ 5x5: 165-175-185-195-205
Max Weight on the Shoulder Press is same as my PR but The PP and PJ went up. So it was a good workout.
Afternoon Workout was the CF Main WOD.
Five rounds for time of:
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps
21 Ring dips
TIME: 18:05
I think I could Have gone Faster but it was quite HOT at 1600. That kinda slowed me down.

Today was a Very Painful Day. My morning workout consisted of lots of Squats.
Warm Up

Today was a Good Day. I blew my old Deadlift PR by 20 Pounds.
Did todays CF WOD as RX'd

So I have a new Dead Lift PR of 390. I was feeling good after my 7th lift so i figured i would go for 395 I just couldn't quite get it up, maybe next time

It felt like I could have pushed harder, like I just didnt give it 100%. Maybe doing it right after the Dead Lifts had something to do with that. Well it was still a good day.

Today was a X-Fit Main Rest day, but I had to get in another workout So I did some strength and Did the CrossFit endurance WOD.

I didn't have my watch on me so I didnt Time it but I was smoked when I finished. So I just decided to forgo the Endurance Workout and just Row at an Easy pace for 15Min.

Well since yesterday the weather was kind of nasty and I didn't want to take Lexie out in the rain I gave myself a restday.
But this morning I Made up Angie.

Then I did some Dead Lift Work on a continous running clock Dead Lift Body Weight (200Lbs)
1 rep the First Min 2 the Second Min on the Min. I made it up to 15 Min for a Total of 120 reps. Not Too Bad At least I don't think so

Then I went on Single Lifts
